1.0 INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY

HD Jaya Trading Sdn Bhd (1070173 H) which is a private limited company was incorporated on 13 November 2013 and is located in Pengkalan Chepa Kota Bharu Kelantan, about a 15-minute drive from Sultan Ismail Petra Airport.

HD Jaya Trading Sdn Bhd (HDJSB) was set up in the year 2013 as a fully Bumiputera company, registered with CIDB and acting as a TNB vendor. The company was originally established to provide electrical and civil work services producing high-quality projects. HDJSB is managed by local experienced, highly skilled and professional staff in management, engineering and technical fields to achieve their “Vision and Mission”.

4.0 COMPANY FACILITIES AND CAPACITY


The company is situated in the strategic location between Kota Bharu town centre and Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, divided into several departments for the operation of the company. The first department is the administration and financial department, and the second department focuses on the project section. With our current facilities, machinery and workforce of about 60 people, the company is capable of construction work and provides service/product for customers within 20 working days per month.

5.0 COMPANY BUSINESS NETWORK

HD Jaya Trading Sdn Bhd is a 100% Bumiputera company registered with CIDB. During the 10 years of its establishment, the company has been a legitimate TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) vendor that meets the needs in the construction industry such as building, civil, mechanical and electrical works. Efforts and ambitions have been the main stimulus for the company to continue to grow in the future.

This achievement is in line with the company's ability to produce government-recognized skilled manpower to ensure the best service and achieve set work standards. The company has grown by also doing work under the supervision of the Kemubu Agricultural Development Authority (KADA). The company also took the initiative to collaborate as a strategic partner with other local contractors in strengthening and stabilizing the company's services.

To ensure efficient service and planning, the company has also appointed a certified consulting company to provide advisory services related to building, mechanical and electrical works.
The company's commitment to further enhance its capabilities in meeting the needs of the construction industry in line with the needs of the country globally.

HDJSB has established a quality policy, which is appropriate to the purpose of the company with a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The quality policy provides a management commitment to establishing and reviewing quality objectives. The policy is communicated within the company. All employees have been trained in the quality policy and all new employees are trained at the time of hire.

This training is documented in the personnel records. The understanding of the quality policy is evaluated through daily contact and evaluated and documented during internal quality audits.
The quality policy is reviewed periodically for its suitability. HDJSB quality policy is:
